SB400 has been voluntarily rated 13+. It involves content of a violent nature as well as adult situations. Basically, 13+ means that the RPG is similar to a PG-13 movie. There may be adult content, such as kissing and implied sexual relations ( meaning they are alluded to but never "seen" ), possibly strong language, and violence. Basically what you see in a typical episode of Star Trek, Star Trek The Next Generation, Star Trek Deep Space 9, Star Trek Voyager, or any Star Trek movie.
